Merrill Takes Race Bias Class Cert. Fight To High Court

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 6:43 PM EDT) -- Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. on Wednesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Seventh Circuit decision permitting the certification of a class of black brokers in a race discrimination suit, saying it contradicted the high court's landmark Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Dukes ruling.
