NBA Player Sues To Recoup Investment In Marketing Co.

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 7:49 PM EDT) -- Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry launched a suit in Pennsylvania state court Friday alleging Two Affix LLC bilked him out of $100,000 he invested for a minority ownership stake in the marketing firm.

In a complaint filed in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Lowry says he signaled his intent to withdraw his investment in May — and that Two Affix had consented — but that the company reneged a month later after accusing Lowry of working with a former Two Affix employee in violation...
