Office Space Giant Regus Accused Of Piling On Hidden Fees

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 2:46 PM EDT) -- Regus Management Group LLC, which bills itself as the world's largest provider of flexible workspace, is facing allegations of failing to disclose numerous fees when advertising its properties, according to a putative class action removed to California federal court on Tuesday.

The complaint, which was originally filed in state court in May by Circle Click Media LLC, accuses the Luxembourg-based real estate company of deceiving customers into believing all terms and conditions for its office space rentals are disclosed in a simple one-page document.
