Sullivan & Cromwell Guides AT&T In $600M NextWave Buy

Law360, New York (August 2, 2012, 4:38 PM EDT) -- AT&T Inc. will acquire NextWave Wireless Inc. for $600 million in a deal that will bring it NextWave’s licenses in the Wireless Communication Services and Advanced Wireless Service spectrum bands as the communications giant looks to expand its mobile Internet service capabilities, AT&T said Thursday.
