Paper Co. Should Face Price-Fixing Claims, 2nd Circ. Rules

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 5:56 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Monday ruled a jury reasonably could have found that a North American unit of Finland-based Stora Enso OYJ entered a price-fixing agreement over coated paper, breathing new life into antitrust claims brought against the unit by a class of direct purchasers.
