Judge Stays Arbitration Over $3.3M Sly Stone Royalties

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 4:44 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Monday halted an arbitration proceeding over who's entitled to $3.3 million in royalties for Sly and the Family Stone's frontman, saying that it would interfere with litigation in Los Angeles that has been going on since 2010.
