Ex-Univision Exec Sues Company For Race, Age Discrimination

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 10:39 PM EDT) -- The former president of Spanish language-television network Univision's radio sales unit launched a race and age bias suit against her former employer Friday in New York claiming she was harassed because of her age and her accent.

Former Univision Radio National Sales President Laura Hagan, who was lauded as a top woman at the company, was subjected to racial and age-related harassment by the CEO of Katz Media Group, of which Univision is a division, and later fired in 2008, the complaint states.
