Roche Could Wield Fla. Law Ruling In Other Accutane Suits

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 8:54 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Tuesday reversed judgments totaling $11.8 million in three suits brought under Florida law linking the Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. acne drug Accutane to users' inflammatory bowel disorders, opening the door for the drugmaker to apply the court's reasoning to other state law at issue in the massive litigation, experts say.
