Northrop Grumman To Exit $1B FCA Suit Over Satellite System

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 7:17 PM EDT) -- A former engineer for Northrop Grumman Corp. and Raytheon Corp. asked a California federal judge on Monday to drop Northrop from his $1 billion qui tam suit alleging the defense giants violated the False Claims Act on a $4.5 billion weather satellite system development contract.
