Israeli University Fires Back At GM In Einstein Ads Row

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 7:57 PM EDT) -- An Israeli university suing General Motors LLC over its use of Albert Einstein's image in magazine advertisements asked a California federal court on Tuesday to rule in its favor, arguing GM's defense had relied on precedent that didn't apply to commercial ads.
