EMI Music Settles Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- EMI Music North America and Radikal Records Inc. agreed to settle their antitrust litigation during the week of Sept. 24, an EMI spokesperson said Friday.

The two sides filed a joint stipulation of dismissal Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, dismissing the action with prejudice and without costs, according to court documents. The stipulation is dated Sept. 21.
