Apple Asks E-Books Judge To Delay Ruling On DOJ Settlements

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 11:14 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. urged a federal judge Wednesday to wait to review settlements with three publishers in the government's e-books price-fixing case, arguing that approving the deals now would keep Apple from renewing its contracts with the other defendants even if it ultimately prevails at trial.
