Planned Parenthood Can't Ditch Medicaid Billing Case

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 6:23 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday refused to dismiss an employee whistleblower's False Claims Act case against Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, saying there's evidence the group might have billed Medicaid for health services that were unnecessary or never provided.
