9th Circ. Nixes McGuireWoods' Fee Bid In Bar Prep Case

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 2:35 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Friday rejected McGuireWoods LLP's challenge to a decision to deny the firm approximately $7 million for its work on an antitrust class action against West Publishing Corp. and Kaplan Inc. that settled for $49 million.
