Chef's Workers Say They Received Tip Wages For Nontip Jobs

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 7:01 PM EDT) -- Tipped restaurant employees hit celebrity chef Daniel Boulud and Dinex Group LLC with a proposed class action Friday in New York federal court alleging they were forced to spend significant parts of their shifts performing nontipped tasks in violation of wage-and-hour laws.
