5th Circ. Reverses Class Cert. In Title Insurance Row

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 3:52 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Monday reversed the class certification of a group of Texas homeowners who claim Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. routinely denied mortgage borrowers a title insurance premium discount mandated under Texas law, saying lack of clear documentation would make class determination too complex.
