Fox Movie Interns Look To Widen Wage-And-Hour Suit

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 1:22 PM EDT) -- Two former Fox Searchlight Pictures Inc. interns told a New York federal judge Monday that they intend to broaden their putative class action accusing the movie studio of misclassifying workers to encompass all unpaid interns who’ve worked for News Corp.’s Fox Entertainment Group.
