Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 3:05 PM EDT) -- Wireless companies alleged to have conspired with AT&T Mobility LLC, Verizon Wireless LLC, Sprint Nextel Corp. and others to fix prices on text messages asked a New York federal court on Tuesday to toss the claims against them, saying their accusers hadn't presented evidence supporting the antitrust class action.
