Insurer Opposes Limits On BofA Witnesses

Law360 (October 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hartford Life Insurance Co. has raised its hand in opposition to Bank of America Corp.'s request for a protective order limiting the testimonies of two witnesses in the Parmalat SpA securities litigation, arguing that it would be unfair to keep other parties in the multidistrict litigation from listening in.
