Expert Sues King & Spalding Over Unpaid Fees In Patent Case

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A semiconductor technology engineering expert sued King & Spalding LLP in California state court on Friday, claiming the firm had failed to pay him for expert testimony services he provided during a patent infringement case before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
