ACLU Sues For FBI's Post-Jones Tracking Policy Memos

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 6:00 PM EDT) -- The American Civil Liberties Union on Wednesday sued the FBI in New York federal court, demanding the release of two internal memos that lay out the agency's policies regarding GPS devices and other tracking methods after the U.S. Supreme Court's Jones decision.
