MF Global Trustee To Cooperate In MDL Against Corzine

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 7:36 PM EDT) -- The trustee charged with liquidating MF Global Inc. told a New York bankruptcy judge that he would cooperate with plaintiffs in a slew of class actions accusing firm executives, including former CEO Jon Corzine, of negligently causing more than $1 billion in firm losses.
