MBIA, Investors Want BofA Docs Made Public

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 6:19 PM EDT) -- Investors challenging Bank of America Corp.'s proposed $8.5 billion mortgage-backed securities settlement have joined MBIA Inc. in urging a New York state judge to lift confidentiality restrictions on bank documents, but the settlement's supporters said Thursday that the request circumvents another court.
