Fox Pushes For Ban On Dish Network Ad-Free DVR

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 1:40 PM EDT) -- Fox Broadcasting Co. on Wednesday asked a California federal court to block Dish Network Corp. from offering its ad-skipping digital video recording service, saying it undercuts Fox's business model, violates a licensing contract and infringes the network's copyrights.
