Freshfields Defeats Partner In Age Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (October 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- London-based law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer announced Wednesday that it has won an age discrimination suit brought by a former partner, Peter Bloxham, who said that the company forced him to retire early and accept a lower pension.
