Claims Court Can Rule On Sunk $27M Army Deal: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 8:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims has jurisdiction over claims to block federal contract terminations, the Federal Circuit found Friday in a precedential ruling, finding the lower court properly sided with Systems Application & Technologies Inc. in its protest over a canceled $26.9 million U.S. Army contract.
