Dish Says CBS' Suit Over Ad-Skipping DVR Belongs In NY

Law360, Los Angeles (August 24, 2012, 4:18 PM EDT) -- Dish Network Corp. told a California federal judge on Friday that CBS Broadcasting Inc.'s copyright infringement lawsuit over ad-skipping digital video recording technology belongs in New York, not Los Angeles, continuing Dish's battle with three television networks over the forum for the dispute.
