Army Contractor IBG, Exec End Trade Secrets Row

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 2:57 PM EDT) -- U.S. Army contractor International Biometric Group LLC on Friday dropped its federal lawsuit in New York against a former director it had accused of bilking trade secrets after leaving the company for a rival contractor, in violation of a noncompete agreement.
