Nissan To Pay Repair Costs In Radiator Defect Settlement

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 3:18 PM EDT) -- Nissan North America Inc. on Friday reached a settlement with a group of customers accusing the company of producing vehicles with defective radiators and concealing the information from drivers, agreeing to pay for repair costs for potentially tens of thousands of vehicles.
