Delphi Settles Some Claims On Path To Emergence

Law360, New York (October 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt auto parts maker Delphi Corp. has been busy settling a number of disputes over claims in its Chapter 11 case, as the company continues its slow march toward emerging from bankruptcy protection.

On Wednesday and Thursday, Delphi filed countless settlements with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, including one expunging 124 claims filed by ACE American Insurance company and its subsidiaries.
