Law360, Los Angeles (August 27, 2012, 8:22 PM EDT) -- Alliance Residential LLC on Monday agreed to pay $1 million to settle class action claims that one of the country's largest apartment owners and residential management companies failed to pay overtime and provide accurate wage statements to at least 687 California workers.
At a hearing in a Los Angeles federal courtroom Monday, U.S. District Judge Dean D. Pregerson granted preliminary approval to Alliance's settlement in the wage-and-hour class action brought by former employee Guadalupe Mejia.
