American Airlines Booking Antitrust Suit Survives Challenge

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 3:13 PM EDT) -- American Airlines Inc. can continue with its antitrust suit alleging that Sabre Holdings Corp., Travelport Ltd. and an Orbitz Worldwide Inc. affiliate schemed to block it from the airline booking market, a Texas federal judge said in an order made public Tuesday.
