Kardashian, Old Navy Settle Look-Alike Ad Suit

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 3:47 PM EDT) -- Kim Kardashian and Old Navy parent company The Gap Inc. on Tuesday settled the reality television star's suit filed in California federal court claiming the clothing retailer violated her right of publicity by running TV ads for Old Navy featuring a model that looks like her.
