Gibson Dunn Reaches Deal To End $38M Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (August 30, 2012, 4:51 PM EDT) -- Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP has settled a $38 million malpractice suit brought by the trustee of a real estate company who claimed the firm was negligent when it drafted agreements creating the company in 1988, according to documents filed in California court this week.
