NFL, Riddell Say Players' Labor Pact Nixes Concussion Claims

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 5:08 PM EDT) -- The NFL and Riddell Inc. on Thursday argued for the dismissal of a multidistrict litigation filed by former NFL players in Pennsylvania over the companies' handling of head injuries, saying the claims are preempted by collective bargaining agreements.
