Final Parts Of Calif. Mortgage Overhaul Sent To Gov. Brown

Law360, San Diego (August 31, 2012, 4:16 PM EDT) -- The final portions of the California Homeowner Bill of Rights package, including a bill that would let the state attorney general convene a special grand jury to investigate cases involving financial crime victims in multiple counties, were sent to Gov. Jerry Brown for his signature, the attorney general's office said Thursday.
