Gaming Co. Patent Suit Tossed For Lack Of Standing

Law360, New York (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit reversed a district court's refusal to dismiss a patent suit against the New York lottery's contractor on Monday, saying that as a licensee of only part of the patent, the gaming company that brought it didn't have standing to sue.
