Sen. Grassley Questions SEC Security Contract Award

Law360, New York (September 7, 2012, 4:36 PM EDT) -- Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley on Thursday said he found evidence that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had awarded a security contract to a company that may have been improperly designated as a small business.

In a letter to the Small Business Administration, the Iowa senator questioned a "threat assessment" contract the SEC had given to At-Risk International LLC.
