Apple Argues To Keep Galaxy Tab Ban In Place

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 7:12 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. argued Monday that a preliminary ban on Samsung Electronics Co.'s Galaxy Tab 10.1 should remain in place, even though trial jurors last month said that particular device hadn't infringed Apple's intellectual property.
