Toshiba To Pay Direct LCD Buyers $30M In Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 2:46 PM EDT) -- Toshiba Corp. will shell out $30 million and a California federal judge will vacate an $87 million jury verdict under a proposed settlement in multidistrict litigation alleging a conspiracy to fix prices for liquid crystal display panels, the direct purchaser class said Monday.
