Consumers Hit Live Nation With Suit Over Paperless Tickets

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 3:23 PM EDT) -- Live Nation Entertainment Inc. was targeted in a proposed class action in New York federal court Monday alleging the concert giant employs a paperless ticketing system that wrongfully denied buyers the option of having a physical ticket that’s transferable.
