Fidelity National Wants Wagner & Jones DQ'd From Wage Suit

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 6:56 PM EDT) -- Title and escrow company Fidelity National Management Services LLC on Tuesday sought sanctions against Wagner & Jones LLP and its disqualification from a putative wage-and-hour class action in California, saying it improperly contacted putative class members in violation of a court order.
