Aussie Regulator Says Media Merger Poses Antitrust Risks

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 1:02 PM EDT) -- Australia's competition overseer warned Thursday that a proposed merger between the owners of the country's most popular free-to-air TV network and a premium sports network could allow the pair unfair leverage in bidding for broadcast rights.
