Judge To Grant Class Cert. In LSW Hidden Fees Dispute

Law360, Los Angeles (September 17, 2012, 10:12 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge has tentatively certified a statewide class of Life Insurance Co. of the Southwest policyholders who claim the company charged hidden fees and obscured the risky structure of its insurance policies in a way that significantly increased coverage lapses.
