2nd Circ. Upholds Army Captain's Bribery Conviction

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 3:12 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday affirmed the conviction of a U.S. Army captain who was sentenced to three years in prison for allegedly taking bribes to steer government contracts to a pair of Iraqi companies, finding that jurors did not hear inadmissible evidence at trial.
