Law360, Houston (September 18, 2012, 8:52 PM EDT) -- A public pension system on Monday sued Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, claiming his decision requiring the release of personal and proprietary information relating to a real estate investment it owns will destroy hundreds of millions of dollars of the asset's value.
