JC Penney Seeks To Disqualify Jones Day In Macy's Suit

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 8:16 PM EDT) -- A New York state court on Wednesday ordered Jones Day to show why it shouldn't be barred from representing Macy's Inc. in a battle with J.C. Penney Corp. Inc. over Martha Stewart products, after J.C. Penney asked to have the firm disqualified and and accused it of “disloyalty.”
