Calif. Atty Sued Over Spycams In Coffee Bean Restrooms

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 8:20 PM EDT) -- A California attorney was hit with a proposed class action Thursday by a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf customer claiming the Stone Dolginer & Wenzel partner had planted "spycam" recording devices in the coffee shop's restrooms and that the shop's management had attempted to conceal the incidents.
