Apple Wants $700M More From Samsung In Patent Battle

Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Apple Inc. urged a California federal judge Friday to up the $1 billion damages it won against Samsung Electronics Co. in last month’s patent trial by another $707 million, and called for a permanent ban on the U.S. sale of 26 Samsung smartphones and tablets.
