Trans World Opposes Stay For Raytheon, Lockheed

Law360, New York (October 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Trans World Technologies Inc. is fighting a petition to stay discovery relating to antitrust charges in a trade secrets case against defense contractors Raytheon Co. and Lockheed Martin Corp., saying the request is “an invitation for more mischief, more delay and much greater expense.”
